What I personally recommend for you:
Civilian- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 or X. X is an updated version of 2004 basically
Combat- IL-2 Sturmovik 1946. This game (with mods) covers the 20th century all the way up to the 70's. You can't go wrong with it.
