Hi, it only changes the campaign files while its running. SH3 Dynamic Campaign closes when SH3 is exited, and the original campaign files are restored. If you experience a crash, then you can restore the original campaign files through SH3 Dynamic Campaign menu options. If you are unsure sh3 crashed, I'd restore original campaign files just to be safe.
Yes, it should work with ANY mod.
