Type II you mean not Type VII.

Anyway have you even seen a photo taken by any WWII sub in which you can see holes especially circular ones in a target? Nope the reality is typically they where never seen by the crew of the sub and even if they where they would have been gashes in the steel not holes.The torpedo explosion actually forced sections of hull inwards and ripped along the seams of sections of steel caused by the explosive forces and the increased water pressure from the warhead explosion.

The satisfaction for me is watching a vessel I hit sink.
