Not much you can do about that if you dont have the Email add you used to sign up with.
Do you have any evidence of the game purchase?, a receipt, or maybe a bank/credit card statement showing the purchase and date of same?
Failing the above you may as well forget it, put it down to experience and buy the game over again.
