I was unaware that you can be criminally prosecuted in france for "inciting racism". How utterly absurd and very subjective. People's definition of "racism" is getting more and more touchy, it seems like a very ambiguous law prone to opinion. In addition is seems that "minorities" (who arent actually in the minority anymore in terms of population) are getting ALOT more leniency when it comes to being called a racist or being acknowledged for racist tendencies. Any law subject to that much opinion should be scrapped, just like the hate crimes here in the U.S. If a man commits a crime, in the eyes of the law what matter is it of his skin color.
