Do you have any other mods activated?
GWX should be a .exe and cannot be used via JSGME i think the SH3 Commander is the same way. FM interiors should be compatable with just about anything untill you get to installing other mods the 1 that you need the compatability to fix off the top of my head is MaGUI.
