German Navy radar fix
I have added an R01 node to the following units:
Deutschland-class battleships
Deutschland-class heavy cruisers
Admiral Hipper-class heavy cruisers
Of them, it seems that only the Graf Spee & Co were planned to receive a radar in game. The unit got a separate mesh for the radar, and its sns file got a couple of radar entries, but devs probably forgot to add the needed bone to the model
After my fixes, all of them got the FuMO23 as medium war upgrade. I don't now how historical this configuration is, but you can change it any time through sns file settings
