LOL close but wrong reason - check/look-up the emblem of the Gebirgsjäger.
But to answer question - yes once you have completed I think at least 3 patrols go to the section/area to modify boat. Should be a side emblem selection to choose from for your boat.
Many mods also allow different ones/variety or some like here have made their own which are very artistic.
