i see the base numbers like 750, 752 and so on in the flotilla file, but i don't see any other file that lists those numbers - is it hardwired? i was wanting to create a new flotilla in the Pacific so that i could use the map grid numbers near the Pacific side of the Panama canal. Milk bases don't mesh well with the map grid score points. i wanted a new legal flotilla (fictional of course). something else - i tried to change the beginning Long and Lat in the flotilla file and nothing happened - i still spawned in the same dock in Kiel! its like those Long and Lat numbers are totally bogus! i was wanting to create a career where the Germans win WWII and continue to spread around the globe. As far as new flotilla bases that seems impossible. Am i right?
