The local police let us rent their little SWAT shack and other training buildings for a small fee of course but since we meet about once a month sometimes twice its no biggie just about 5 dollars for the each of us and we are a group of 100 +/- 15.
anyways yeah alot of it is personal preference and I have just found that it is easier with airsoft in an urban environment than paintball.
My assualt rifles cost about $250-275 each and have about $400+ each of upgrades and soon to have about 150 in maintenance (except my AK that one was customized from the get-go and was $300 preowned but was in like new condition). My "deagle" as you put it was about 150 and its CO2 gas blow-back. My SR22 was free from a giveaway and was heavily modded and had accessories for the giveaway (would have sold for $1000 if it was not for free)

Polsim games never did appeal as much to me. I like the milsim games that you play on like 2 square miles of land/woods/etc. Those are fun. There is nothing more satisfying than setting a perfect ambush on your idiot friends.

What city do you live in where the cops let you rent their training facilities? Btw, Deagle is the term that I hate.... It makes me want to punch something every time I see it.

Oh really? I always liked to stay back at a distance and snipe.
