Where is your problem?
In ...\(My)Documents\Personnel Files\SH3\Name_of_Kaleun\ you'll find your Personalakte.html and your Log_X.html files.
Transfer them to your USB stick and print them as you like.
If you want to keep/print the background paper, copy the background.jpg too.
The files look pretty much as the original ones.
