Why would anybody have their office on ground level?

This is why I wanted an upstairs apartment, and why if I can ever afford a place of my own the computer will be as far upstairs as it can get (a little tower would be nice). The point isn't that you don't want people watching you (well, that's important too), it's so you can look
down on people! I can see cars go by and people walking along, but they are all beneath me! it helps that I'm at least one hundred feet from the road, but that's a side-issue. The important part is feeling superior.
