Yup Setkeys, but still make sure you have the 'cursed' Officer manually placed on the bridge with the mouse (after any dive) or the command won't work for manning flak or deckgun.
I'd love to have a mod to place a Bridge Officer on duty 24/7, scuba gear if necessary!
