If you want a car that has no computer in it you need to go much farther back than the late 90's I am afraid to say.
Depending on the maker and model you'll need to go back all the way to the mid 70's in most cases.Most cars have had computers in them for quite some time now.Just because you do not clearly
interface with a computer does not mean that your car dose not one have inside it.
For example if your car has fuel injection and was manufactured after 1984 a computer is controlling your engine.Another example emissions controls a computer controls that as well.Granted these types of computers use fairly simple algorithms unlike a computer required to control an all wheel drive system or a traction control system which would require a more complex computer.
