Got 4 merchants spotted, all showing up as red map contacts but as I get closer I see their flags: 1 Swede and 3 Norwegians. So is these guys showing up red a bug (as they're clearly neutral) or am I actually allowed to sink them (as they're clearly trading with the enemy)?
