Could it be because my UnitParts for the sub is UnitParts10? The sub was also player unit 10 in the flotilla/campaign files.

EDIT: Okay, after re-naming the UnitParts10L55, 'UnitParts2L55', updating roster L55 to 'SSL55', and updating UserPlayerUnitType 10 to 'UserPlayerUnitType 1', I can now get as far as selecting campign start/flotilla. But once I try to begin, it crashes.
