I've tried to help "gen X" and some are receptive to actually using their brains for more than a drugbin or a porn outlet. If it doesnt involve "lil wayne" or "Psy" or any other of these stupid people they call "talent," they tune out. I personally spent a large portion of my life learning the works of andres segovia and bach on the guitar but guess what? this "gen X" would rather hear some straight up garbage and dview ignorance as "hipster"

So yes I just had to agree with you. Nothing intrigues me more than understanding the complexity of how the world around us functions. Learning about complex mechanical makings of things such as the TDC. AMAZING TECHNOLOGY! Being a welder now, it's just how my mind works i guess. Too bad these kids (even though Im still young) just dont know what is good anymore. We are truly "doomed!"
