Also adjusting fog to my liking

in main mod...(to counter the fact fog can stay days and days)
Medium fog was too heavy for me. Couldn't see target at 1000m...
Now medium fog let me see target (not neat) at 2000m

Heavy fog should also let me see target around 1000m now (have to test it yet)
