I still can't duplicate your issue on my PC

However, these are paths to folders which you probably had changed
data\Menu\Gui\Shapes
data\Terrain\LocationMaps\ShapeTextures
have a look at these files more closely, maybe some files were corrupted..

PS: but I don't see mods in your list which would update these folders
