February 15 1942. Second patrol of USS Narwhal (SS-167).
Just north of Borneo.
Morale is at an all time low. Singapore has just surrendered and the Japanese are running amok throughout the Pacific.
I had just done my small part by infiltrating the harbour of Bendar Seri Begawan and sinking a few tankers before getting away unharmed.
I did have a number of duds (damned early war Mark 14s) which means I'm on my way home for a well earned beer and a few days in port...but I have run out of torpedos....
When...I run across this task force containing Fuso, Kongo and two heavy cruisers (Takao and Mogami class)!
Im in an almost perfect position to attack but Ive got no eels left!!!!
