How's that war working out for you Carthage?
All listed nations/factions are at war with them... of course, they declared war
only after I had completely destroyed the Carthagenian armies.
Interesting to see what happens in Spain. Gindanes was just formed from two
barbarian provinces, so it's possible that the 3 barbarian provinces in Spain form
a new nation too.
