That's a difference i found between TMO 1.9 and 2.5...
Meaning for same heavy cruiser in 1.9, i usually need at least 2 torp hit to sink him, while in 2.5 i was able to sink him only with 1 torp...
But maybe it could be related to a hull hitting place
