What it also means, and you failed to lecture or educate me on the other definitions of outrageous are: violent or unrestrained in behaviour or temperament, grossly offensive to decency, authority, being or having the nature of an outrage, of or involving gross injury or wrong, grossly offensive to the sense of right or decency, violent in action or temper, well, you get the idea.
I really don't mean to be sarcastic or condescending here, sir, just had a question re the thread title and queried it.
