Actually, I'm an old member of the site, from way back. However, my computer died about 2 years ago, and I couldn't remember my username, so I made up a new one.
I am currently in the first patrol, on Aug. 4, 1939, and have just passed the Shetland Islands. I had a beautiful target, last night, and couldn't shoot because the Brits and Germany weren't at war, yet. But I still did a standard approach for practice. Got to within 500 meters of a large tanker, waited until the AOB was 90 degrees, and then "fired". I'm sure that my crew was ticked at me ...
