You can try the Realistic Colours optional from IST.

I had some issues with TMO 25 enviro graphics (grey shadows, greyish faces, etc). Now I´m using FOTRS 1.3 env with some misc folder files from TMO 25. And it looks great.

These are screenies with FOTRS 1.3 Environment, my way...
