According to CNN US military SIGINT implies that NK is going to launch and is not going to give the usual test launch warning.
I wonder if NK is hoping to get South Korea,the US or Japan to react to something.For example someone attacking the launch location or a NK facility and then NK using that as a reason to go to war.
The ROK navy vessel that was sunk a few years back by the DPRK I wonder now if that was part of a some long term plan.
It did get the South Koreans pretty angry.
