I answered your question in your original post "
No Deck Gun?". Please refer to that one for a full explanation. I did notice something on this thread, which wasn't mentioned in the original: "
All mods were installed on a new install of SH4 before I started the campaign."
When you uninstall this program, the uninstall routine DOES NOT delete the '
My Documents\SH4' folder. This is very easy to miss. If you do not delete this folder BY HAND before loading your 'new' game, the game will load the .upc files from there BY DEFAULT. If you delete this folder, SH4 will look for it next time you load the game. If it isn't there, it will make a new one for you, and load in the 'new' .upc files from TMO. Now start a new campaign. When you get to a more 'modern' sub, VOILA! there will be a Deck Gun.
