It is supposedly cheating to do it. However can somebody that was on an OHP before or on a present Australian, Spanish or polish OHP would be able to tell us that yes you cannot fire more than one missile at the same target WITH THE SAME FIRE CONTROL (CAS or STIR).
The MK 92 System (which comprised 2 fire channels) has both a STIR and the Combined Antenna Search (CAS). Once the CWI is radiating to a target, basically all the other missiles fire thereafter are and can use the same Rear Reference of the CWI.
Unless the Command and Control system of that ship is limiting it for 1 missile per target per Fire Control.
Is that mean that the OHP was not able to fire a salvo of missiles on the same target using the same Fire Control (CAS or STIR)?
Furia, Mahuja, Anyone.
I know in real life it is possible
Thank you

Sounds like someone misspoke or you read them wrong. DW allows you to use both FCRs, and as such you can guide 2 missiles at a time. There's also a bug that lets you fire without the FCRs that's been around since 1.0 and hasn't been addressed.
EDIT: Oh, and yeah, salvo fire on a single illuminated target isn't modeled.
