It's almost worth trying to mail some to you. It's the best kind of sausage out there. The best kind is the "Old Fashioned" version from a local meat processor. They also have a Spicy version that is just as good.
It's also pretty darn hard to beat Fried Deer Nuggets made from the Backstraps and Tenderloins. Good stuff....
