Man, on my first career I had sunk a few cruise liners and bogue escort carriers but it wasn't until my 45th patrol I sunk a King George V. I just started my 2nd career and on my 9th(I'm now on my 10th) I found a TF of three Nelson's with assorted DDs heading 180* moving at 25kts. I was somewhere north of Scapa(they were prolly heading home) and I was able to set up a firing solution and fire four fishes at the last one in the line. Two(!) torps detonated prematurely but two struck a meter under the keel directly under the smoke stack crippling it(just imagine if all four struck ). I waited until his buddies moved on(cold blooded) and finished him off with one impact det. tropedo to his midships from my stern tube.

Only wish TF's moved slower...oh the possibilities...
