I have noticed, that my submarine is bobbing in quite a silly manner, it bobs to about 4~m, and you can see the black underside of the hull.

I compared my unmodded sub to the current modded one, and it used to sit one meter lower in the water at about 5, is there anyway to fix this?

EDIT, I am shocked to report, I also bob to about 3 meters!, I can see the rudder when I'm in port!
