I can not. I can say my dad, at the age of 70, began to use a wheelchair.(two congestive heart failures and silent heart attack) When he would fly everything was inspected. He would have to relinquish the chair for inspection. Once he was pulled from line because he had 3 Bic(cigarette) lighters in his pocket. Whatever the case, it was status quo to have a more than ample inspection of the chair. I do not find it unusual that the TSA took a closer look at this passenger. Yes, I understand he was a Marine.
