Ok, never mind guys ... I've got it working now
I gave up trying to do it manually and tried again using JSGME...It still didn't work but upon examining the mod i noticed the menu.ini file was placed in the wrong folder. Quickly moving it to the menu folder instead of it being in the data folder and loading the game again reveal the mod in all it's splendor......Good work sublynx although you may wish to edit your listing in the download section to include the note that the menu.ini is placed wrong within the zipfile and that it should be manually moved from the data folder (which it's in) over to the menu folder.
