I cannot ID the actual boat without an emblem, but she is a later VIIC modified as a minelayer.

I am going off the fact that she has only four vertical shafts, while the IID (minelayer) had a 9.8m 'plug' between the control room after bulkhead - this accommodated the five shafts for the SMA mines. The VIID because of it's additional length was able to retain it's armament.

The picture does not show a deck gun, which would have to have been removed for the mine-layer modification.
