Ok, I'm stumped. I've played with the numbers for the "fire" nodes in both PARTICLES.DAT and MATERIALS.DAT with S3D for two weeks and I'm still getting square "boxy" looking flames on burning ships that I have torpedoed. I even played with my Nvidia settings, but so far nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas as to what I need to do to get the flames to look more realistic?
