Some argumentative tips for you:
1. Don't start use internet slang. Just don't.
2. Don't make bold statements and then have to retract them when they are wrong. Read first, re-read second, type third; a variation on the old engage brain then open mouth.
3. Don't follow up your retracted statements with a statement that will have to be retracted as well. Do you have any proof of the danger of Justice Kagan? What has she done?
