There is a mod that has them in a pulldown from the top in the Nav screen. Not sure which one tho as I just found it in my game yesterday.

I accidentally moved the mouse pointer up to the top of the screen where it causes the map to move and it didn't. Got to looking why and found 3 pulldowns. One being the minefield and subnet maps.
