Stop hitting those hospital ships. As stated, if you started the War before 9/1/39 (Poland only), everything you sink is going to cost you.
Can't shoot English ships till 9/3/39. Also you may get a radio message not to shoot at French ships for a while. Everyone should remember WWI begins in August, WWII begins in September.
