I'm not running 2.5 but what fireftr is talking about is a small patch to fix TMO 2.5 so you don't get the downgrade you just got.

With TMO be sure to read through all the documentation. There is a lot of stuff in there. Duci did a very good job of documentation
Check out the TMO thread in the mods section as well if you haven't already done that.
