I know you were just spoofing Penguin, but I had not heard of this RFID chip (just to get serious for a moment)

snopes doesn't let you cut and paste, but I urge all of you to read this brief article on why the RFID chip was not included
in the obamacare health plan, but yet a lot of scary emails were circulated about it.
This is why we need our own snopes mod with a sticky to rebuke these ideas that can ruin a community.
