Bubble.....I said it before. I work with cash strapped FEMA everyday. There is little time and money to fund the boys of war. Let me tell you how FEMA operates. Just last month the FINAL invoice for Katrina was paid. Slow and slower. When there are no disasters to contend with FEMA conduct disaster exercises. I get a call and given a scenerio of a disaster. I'm tasked to find the transportation they require for relief supplies. FEMA does not spend their time training kids to scream, "Get to the choppa!" While shooting airsoft rifles. It just is not their gig. There are no FEMA death camps. There are FEMA trailer parks which could be considered a death camp but those living their for free kind of like it. Not much of a death camp.
