On more than one occasion I remember booting the PC up at 9pm for 'a couple of hours' gaming in SH3. Good.
I also remember getting up at 7am after about four hours sleep. Not good.
There should be a warning on the case! Glad you've rediscovered just how great this game is, but you can always pause, or save. (Like Steve, I don't follow my own advice either)
