Your system is unusual though, in that your Program Files is on the F: drive, rather than the regular C: drive.
EDIT: But there is also newer version of JSGME than that you are using (probably came with GWX3):

Nothing wrong with installing it on "F" drive. I have it installed on "R" drive. I have about 6 partitions on 2 physical hardrives for various reasons.

Jones Generic mod enabler (JSGME) creates *yourfilename save.mep extensions. What kind of operating system, Pisces? For Win 7 - C:\Users\your login name\Documents; XP - C:\Documents and Settings\your login name\Documents.
I would suggest to use
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=3951 instead of
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=3900 for all concerned. Same version but has the user's guide included in pdf form, too.
