Hi Gary,
Open Horizons and probably MTNS add several new aircraft to the game. On the other hand, there are many aircraft available from SHIII/IV mods that are still waiting to be ported to SH5. This is a partial list I have compiled a while ago:

Most of them are from Operation Monsun. Some are apparently yet available in SH5, but they are using the same 3d model as other more or less (much more "less" than "more") similar planes.
