One thing:
Depth is how deep underwater you are.
Depth Under Keel is how far it is to the bottom.
If the water is 150m deep and you are at 100, Depth Under Keel will be 50.
If the water is 150m deep and you are at 130, Depth Under Keel will be 20.
If the water is 150m deep and you are at 150, Depth Under Keel will be 0.
In your screenshot you are 102m deep. Depth Under Keel is 22, which means the total depth is 134m. You are 102m deep and you have 22m to go before you hit bottom.
