Compare your game version to the MOD version... Game version 1.5 doesn't do well with MOD's for 1.4 and vise versa.
When adding a extra MOD to the MEGA MOD and the MEGA MOD it isn't mentioned in the README you can be sure the extra MOD you put on top of the MEGA MOD will not work with it. (although there are exceptions to that rule

).

There are some threads which have MOD lists and som have comments on how to install them with JSGME.
