For a secretive nation, they can certainly do some dumb things at times. Some captain is going to get a kicking before he gets a commendation.
I still can't see it coming to much more than perhaps a few low calibre shots fired. Although one does have to wonder, if China keeps up like this, will Japan seek to overturn Article 9 of the constitution?
