I would install the patcher after the Ui mod.
TDWfileutils.dll is new in the pather than the UI - even v7_2_1
patcher 10740 = TDWfileutils verion 1.0.8.0
UI 7_2_1_0= TDWfileutils verion 1.0.6.0
