some time ago i posted i had a problem with the type 21 mod that makes it available at the beggining of the war. well for some reason it would not activate using the mod enabler and for a while a gave up on it, but later decided i wanted to use the sub so i had a tinker,i checked for files that looked like they should present and put them in and also the CFG file and bingo ..it worked
although diesel smoke and water streams were missing i added these files too and now is all cool
thought i would post this just in case someone else had the same problem, just make sure you back up any files you replace
