Good find.
At one point, I swear I saw a book by Donitz (sorry no umlaut) or Raeder in an "Anitque," store which is where I generally find my goods nowadays.
1. I kick myself to this day for not buying that book. Seriously.
2. The older stuff is not getting reprints unless they are something seminal (sp? - looks dirty if I spelled it right); Run Silent, Run Deep no prob in finding it, I'd say. Memoirs of a Tibetan Submarine Captain will never see light after its first printing.
Other coolest book I've come across is a 1940-50ish Airman's Handbook, but I digress.
Buy the stuff if/when you find it as you may never see 'em again. Unless Subsim starts up a Library or something...
p.s. Fistbump on the flea market thing - my wife is a fantastic study and fan of antiques and our whole house is a flaming museum to a degree and she loves flea markets. She ain't keen on firearms (milsurp is my bag and hey, they're history right?) so I'm borked in that department and I loathe walking the aisles but one must show support to the spouses for obvious reasons.
